NASHVILLE-Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn will never miss an opportunity to mess with each other.

The best bros walked the NHL All-Star red carpet together Saturday afternoon and couldn’t help but trade a few jokes while talking about each other’s sartorial preferences.

So, what does Seguin think of Benn’s style these days?

“Jamie’s pretty Hollywood, obviously because of the haircut,” Seguin said, referring to Benn’s of-the-moment shaved flow. “He works hard on his outfits. He makes sure to dress well..but his shoes are always a little iffy. But we have different styles, that’s all I ‘ll say.”

Benn, quiet by nature, paused before commenting on Seguin’s look.

“Tyler always makes sure to dress well, but he’s always a little more flashy,” Benn said. “What is that you have on? A triple breasted suit? He’s always trying to look good.”

So, out of the two, who takes longer to get ready? Seguin weighs the question for a considerable length of time before finally speaking.

“Look, let’s just call it a tie,” he says. “We take probably the same amount of time to get ready.”

Benn isn’t having it.

“Tyler,” he deadpans. “Tyler always takes longer.”

The answer makes Seguin burst into one of his trademark giggles that moves through his entire body.

“I probably take a little bit longer on my hair,” Benn concedes to which Seguin nods vigorously.

And what’s a friendship without a little healthy rivalry? Benn admits he’s jealous of Seguin’s ability to grow a beard, though he didn’t miss an opportunity to chirp his best buddy.

“I probably envy his ability to grow a beard, but it looks a little darker this time around, eh?”

“I knew you were going to say,” Seguin interrupts. “You always say that.”

For his part, Seguin might have a little hair envy.

“I wish I could get Jamie’s hair. I can’t seem to grow mine out. That would be cool to have.”

And then the two walked away giggling.
